Evergreen Homes is a vertically integrated real estate investment and operating platform focused on acquiring, renovating, and managing affordable single-family rental homes in the Baltimore County metropolitan area. Since its founding in 2019, Evergreen has built a high-quality portfolio, nearly all subsidized under HUD’s Section 8 or the Baltimore Regional Housing Partnership (BRHP). The company combines institutional-grade renovation standards, disciplined asset management, and a deep social mission to deliver high-quality housing and long-term community impact. Evergreen’s model emphasizes stable, subsidized income streams, high tenant retention, and integrated support services—including financial literacy and job training—to foster economic mobility for underserved households.
Wellington Development is a Virginia-based affordable housing developer specializing in Low Income Housing Tax Credit and other affordable redevelopment projects in the Mid-Atlantic region. The company and its Principals have developed over 10,000 affordable housing units.
